Now, make fists with your hands and repeatedly open and close the fist.

We will stimulate all the points of our hands in this way.
The pressure created on the acupressure points will cure the body parts that are not well and create problems or are filled with toxins, all will heal slowly when you do this.

Now, rub your hands, do this for 30 seconds. Open your hands after you have rubbed.
