Reduce Breast Size: If you have fat in the breast or it’s hanging then today I have come with some exercises to lose that fat and to lift that breast up. Women’s breasts are made of special tissue that produces milk but men don’t have breasts. The size of the breast of many women becomes very large and they are very worried about it, so now you do not need to worry or panic because today’s exercises will bring your breast to completely normal size.


Breasts enlarge due to changes in hormones. Hormones change during pregnancy, menopause, and breastfeeding, so breast size increases. You can do the following exercises to make your breast smaller.

Warm-up a little bit before doing these exercises. That will be helpful.

First Exercise:

Reduce breast size

Get in this position (shown in the picture above), hands to be in position, end forward slightly. Bring them back and twist. Do minimum 20 repeats of this exercise and relax.

Get in this position again (shown in the picture above), it’s like sitting but not exactly sitting. Now, hands to shake 2 times back and 1-time front. Do 20 repeats of it too. Sit on your feet and relax.

Third Exercise:

Lie upside down . After that hands come this way (shown in the picture above) and upper body to stay lifted. Hands to move upward. Do as long as you want to do, 30 seconds is a must.

Fourth Exercise:

Relax a while if your hand hurts, stay the same way for this exercise. Now, hands go forward, then back and spread to the fullest. Your upper body will stay a little lifted, not on the ground. Continue for 30 seconds. Then, stop and take a rest lying on your hand for a while.

Your hand will hurt, it hurts for sure if you are doing it for the first time. It will be a habit by doing continuously.

Fifth Exercise:

Hold your hands back and lift the upper body. Continue either for 20 repeats or 30 seconds. Take rest in this position and get up.

Sixth Exercise:

Sit on your feet this way (shown in the picture above), then hands up, hold them together, go aside slowly hands go aside and body go the opposite side. Do 20 repeats of this exercise.

If you do exercises this way, any large breast fat you have will be lost slowly. Also if your breast fat is looked hanging, will be looked lifted after some days.

You will feel your figure is getting shape, but waiting is needed a minimum of 10 to 15 days, continue exercises too, then you will get a result, also be careful about your foods and meals, eat good and be careful of your health.
