7 Best Exercises To Lose Arm Fat Without Weights

Arm fat is becoming the biggest problem, especially for girls and women. The major problem with this is it restricts them from wearing sleeveless dresses. Additionally, because of arm fat, most of the girls feel uncomfortable. So, are you also one of them who is suffering from arm fat? If it is so, it is the right time to add some exercise to your schedule. 

However, you don’t need to go to the gym all the time to reduce fat. There are still some exercises for arm fat that help you in reducing the arm fat. All you need to do is invest in the quality of the team or at least forty-five seconds in doing each exercise. Further, do the exercise twice a day. 

Here are some effective exercises you need to implement in your daily schedule to get rid of your arm fat.

Exercise-1

In this first exercise, keep your hand in the horizontal direction. For instance, if you move your hand in a clockwise direction, to take it back in a horizontal position, you need to move your hand in the opposite direction. Further, while moving your hand in the circular direction, you need to take your hand straight. Do this exercise for forty-five seconds.

To perform this exercise:

  1. Join your elbow and hand, as shown in the picture.
  2. Raise and join your elbow and hand as much as you can.
  3. Raise and then take back to the previous position.
  4. Perform this exercise for at least forty-five seconds.

It is also an effective exercise to get rid of this exercise. 

Exercise-3 

Arm fat Exercise

Lift your hand at the same height as your shoulder. Then lower your hand slowly. After that, lift your hand and then take them in a downward direction. The time limit of this exercise will be the same as in exercises one and two. So, invest your time in performing this exercise. 

Exercise-4 

You can compare this exercise with boxing. Additionally, it would be best to do boxing in the left, right, and in front in the three major directions. The time limit of this exercise is forty-five seconds too. It is quite an interesting exercise that you can perform. 

Exercise-5 

Arm Fat reduce exercise

To perform this exercise, raise your hand and keep it in the position of ninety degrees. First, raise your hand, keep it down. After that, keep your hand down, but make sure that your elbow will be in the same position. Do this exercise slowly and for forty-five seconds. It is up to you if you want to perform this exercise twice a day; you can also do it. 

Exercise-6 

In this exercise, keep your hand behind your head. Tie your hand and then take it behind your head. From the behind, take your hand in the forward direction. Repeat this step for at least forty-five seconds. Remember how you throw the thing in the same way you need to perform this exercise. Do not forget to consider this exercise to lessen your arm fat. 

Exercise-7 

Arm Fat

In this exercise, you need to keep your hand in the front direction but closer to your chest. After that, move your hand in the cross-check position for forty-five seconds, you will surely find the change in your arm size.

Initially, you may feel tired, but once you become habitual, you will not feel less energetic. These seven exercises require only seven minutes. You can perform this exercise in the morning too.
