If you are a fat girl and you want to lose some weight fast and easily, this guide is just for you!
However if your goal is only to decrease the amount of fat on your body but keep it more or less elsewhere, then read elsewhere. This article will not work for that purpose, sorry dear readers!
But if on the other hand you want to get rid of that extra weight by losing lots of pounds in a short period of time (in 3-4 weeks max), here we go:
Dieting!
This step may look obvious but it’s not as easy as people think: if you consume too many calories every day (let’s say more than 2000) exercise everyday (3 hours / day) and you don’t change your diet (eating 2000 calories / day), then even if you start exercising – your goal won’t be met. You will need to help yourself with dieting by consuming less than what was initially calculated (if it’s 2000, now it should be 1800).
Exercise!
If you are fat already, calorie burning isn’t enough for loosing weight fast. This is the reason why you need to exercise too; cardiovascular exercises are better since they build muscles which burn more calories 24/7 (I mean even when sleeping)! If someone tells you that intense workouts will cause muscle loss instead of fat loss – ignore him because he’s wrong. Trust me, I’m not saying that you should do exercise for 3-4 hours everyday but you need to workout at least 30 minutes every day!
Fun & Enjoyment!
In order to stay motivated and loose weight fast , it’s very important that your lifestyle is planned in a way so you can have fun at the same time. If going to the gym makes you depressed because it takes too much time from your life, then just stop going – what’s the point of exercising if you don’t enjoy or feel comfortable?
Stay consistent and have fun!
If you really want to loose weight fast, then don’t stop doing what’s been working so far – just keep it up until you see your goal is reached… But if you wish to burn lots of calories in a short period of time, here are some more ideas for you:
-Take the stairs instead of the elevator : this one is simple but not very obvious; take the stairs next time your office mate tells you to meet him on the 12th floor. Trust me, I’m not even joking with this one! There were times when I took the stairs between my apartment (1st floor) and my parent’s apartment (3rd floor). It may not seem much but believe me – it’s very efficient!
– Go jogging 30 minutes everyday : I know that the gym is not the coolest place in the world, trust me I know… But jogging in your neighborhood or in a park can help you loose weight fast. If you are fat, then believe me – this one is even more efficient !
Don’t talk shit about your own body
Ugh, I’m so fat. Don’t talk about being fat around a fat person when you are not fat. It’s obvious you’re using the term to address your body negatively and that sucks for a reason: (1) Don’t talk shit about your own body; the outside world does that enough.

Ending date: 27 December 2022 (57kg)
I started my weight loss journey on 1 October 2021 and finally, I reached 57 kg by 27 January 2022. Till now I have lost 40kg weight in 4 months and this is the best part about my weight loss story because it’s natural and safe weight loss ever with no side effects of any kind so if you also want to know about my weight loss secret so read out whole article carefully till the end then only take weight loss decision.
I have been weight 97-100kg from past 3 years and weight before weight loss was 97kg and weight after weight lose was 57 kg. And now I’m very happy because everyone likes me and everyone wants to know my secret so today I’m sharing my *weight* lose story here with you all…
What I did for lose weight:
The weight loss journey was not easy for me. I don’t get time to workout because I’m doing job and I work more than 12 hours per day. So I had weight lose problem for long time about 3 years or maybe more but at that time, I didn’t get success to lose weight although many times I tried some weight lose tips, some weight lose remedies, etc. But nothing worked for me so I was hopeless and fed up with my weight gain issue… At 21 August 2021, my friend ask me “how is your weight?”
I told her “for god’s sake please never talk about this issue” she said sorry and then just left…..but the question of my fatness came in my mind again & again. After 4 months, on 1 January, I was very happy because we celebrated New Year with whole office and it was surprise for me so everyone shared their weight lose journey with me but my weight loss story is different from others, none believes that how I weight more than 100 kg some time back and now weight 57kg what they say? some thinks this weight loss story is fake some think it’s miracle etc…..
This weight loss journey of mine started ( 26 August 2021) when my friend rejected me as a friend then I decide to lead a weight lose challenge in our company by inviting every one of my colleagues on 27 August 2021 at 8:00 pm…I know nothing will happen but still, I share weight lose problem with my friends just to get weight lose tips, weight loss remedies, weight loss diets, weight loss exercises, etc.
So what happend after that, on the next day I got weight loss books, weight loss journey, weight loss stories, weight loss doctors, weight loss supplements, weight loss medicines, etc.
How I lost weight
All this was happening because I am fat and everyone knows first impression is the last impression so no matter what you do or how hard you work on your personality people won’t even care about it but it’s ok don’t be sad if they ignore you just start focusing on yourself and work hard towards achieving your weight goal then definitely people will take notice of you and you will get friends.
Trust me weight is very important in socializing because if you’re fat no one wants to talk with you and they don’t want to be your friend.
When I was fat, I didn’t have any friends. Everyone used to bully me for my weight. It was so bad that I had some mental illness due to which I had to stay at home and no one wanted to talk with me except on social apps like Instagram & Fb.

It is not everybody’s cup of tea to live a weight loss journey. It is very difficult if the weight you have gained over years and now you want those back in just few months, but weight loss journey will be successful only when you give your 100 percent and rest results depends on your luck.
I was fat girl all my life and i never went to gym or weight training or yoga center because I thought it’s not for me so whatever weight i had got staying at home doing nothing much except eating junk food.
