So, let’s start the workout to reduce breast fat.

1st Exercise:

Join your hands and move side to side. Do this exercise for 30 seconds.

The hands have to be kept straight. You have to keep moving up and down. Do this exercise for 30 seconds.

3rd Exercise:

Cross your arms and cross your shoulders with your hands. Hold and bend forward slightly. Do this for a minimum of 30 seconds.
