So, first of all, turn on the gas, keep on a low flame. First, roast the sesame seeds and remember that don’t add any type of oil, ghee, etc. Roast the sesame lightly. When sesame seeds’ color starts to change slightly, it starts to turn light brown.

Turn off the gas, you have to roast it on low flame, otherwise, it can burn. Now take it out on a plate. Now roast the makhanas. To roast Makhanas, use ghee in a very small quantity, you have to keep the low flame of gas, keep this in mind, otherwise, the makhanas will burn when the color of the makhanas has changed when it becomes light brown. Just turn off the gas and take them out on a plate.

Now roast fennel very lightly, without ghee, and when, it becomes light brown, turn off the gas, take them out on a plate. The peanuts are already roasted, so you don’t need to roast them, if you have raw peanuts, then you can fry them lightly.

Now you have to prepare syrup, run the gas on medium flame, take a pan and put jaggery powder in it, half a cup of water, till our syrup is ready. Grind the makhanas, sesame, and fennel. Don’t crush the peanuts.

Check the syrup, when the syrup is ready, turn off the gas. Now put everything in it one by one. Mix it well. After mixing, put peanuts in it. Put oil on a plate and spread it with a brush, then take the recipe out on a plate. Leave it for a while. Then cut it into pieces. Don’t leave it for a long time otherwise, it becomes hard to cut. This recipe is very tasty and healthy.

After eating food, you need sweets, you can eat it instead, what will happen to it, if we are taking calcium after eating, there is no problem, it will absorb well.

The only condition is that neither you take it with milk, nor do you drink tea with it. You can eat it after eating, there is no problem. You have to eat two pieces of it in a day.
