But those who have a wide waist and want to reduce that what they should do? I will tell only 4 exercises, by doing which you can make your waist slim and lose belly fat, whenever you put on a fitted dress, your personality will look attractive so as the body shape.
Only 4 exercises to reduce waist width, lose belly fat, thus your figure will look more attractive.
Let’s see that 4 exercises which you will do as I say for 1 month and waist will reduce.
First, get in this position (shown in the picture above), hands behind you, lift the legs, move both the legs right and left. Continue for 30 seconds without stopping. Take a rest of 10 seconds after 30 seconds. Inhale deeply with the nose and exhale with the mouth. Continue for 30 seconds.
Take rest after 30 seconds for a while, Then again do the same exercise for another 30 seconds. This means, do 2 sets of 1st exercise of 30 seconds.
When you get used to it, after a week of doing this, you will continue for 1 minute. As I was told to take a rest for 10 seconds after 30 seconds and again do the same exercise. This exercise will make your chest wider and lose belly fat.
One hand behind the head, one hand stays behind you. Lift one leg and try to touch the elbow with the leg, the other hand comes forward, spread the other leg, and moves the other hands forward (shown in the picture above). Continue for 30 seconds with one leg. Take a 10-second rest if you need, otherwise, continue with another leg.
Slowly stop and take a rest. Complete 2 sets the same way as this exercise. This means you will do 2 sets of each exercise after that take some rest.
Now, lie down for this exercise. Lie down and lift your legs, do this one-sided movement with both legs (shown in the picture above). Don’t raise your chest or shoulder, they should be kept flat on the ground, only the hips area moves side by side and legs move. First, move one side for 30 seconds, then move the other side.
Keep the tummy tight, press, breathe normally, relax after doing for one side, put the legs on the ground, then do the same way for the other side. Keep the tummy tight, tight means squeezed. Breath normally and continue for 30 seconds and, now take rest.
Raise the head this way (shown in the picture above), one hand before the head. The other hand remains on the ground on the other side. Now, lift a leg and try to touch the elbow. Go back and hand touches your heel. Continue for 30 seconds. Take rest before changing to another side, take rest if needed.
Continue another side. On the other side, this hand is to be put here and this way (shown in the picture above). Now, take a rest in this position and make yourself relax, as I said, do 2 sets of each exercise taking a rest in between that. Must do 2 sets of each one. Deep breathing, relax fully. Exhale and inhale deeply.
And then raise slowly. This way do 2 sets of each exercise, you may do each exercise once then again do each exercise for another time. Thus, you can do 2 rounds. As the weeks will go, keep increasing repeat and time with that. Thus, You will be able to do exercise better way, your strength will increase. You will look attractive.
